Purpose Up, LLC (“Purpose Up“) operates https://www.purposeup.com, http://ihopeidontkillit.com, http://yourpusuitofpurposesummit.com, http://evolvedmanmasterclass.com, and may operate other websites. It is Purpose Up’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
WEBSITE VISITORS
Like most website operators, Purpose Up collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Purpose Up’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Purpose Up’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Purpose Up may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Purpose Up does not currently collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for “logged in users” and for users leaving comments on blog sites, for example. Purpose Up only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
GATHERING OF PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Certain visitors to Purpose Up’s websites choose to interact with Purpose Up in ways that require Purpose Up to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Purpose Up gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at

Purpose Up does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
GDPR COMPLIANCE
Your data will be retained until you request us to delete it, or until 18 months passes without any action from you including opening an email, purchasing a product, and visiting our website pages.
If you provide us with any of your personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or address, or credit card for a purchase, then you have the right to request to view all of the information you’ve provided, to correct any of your information, or request us to delete it from our database. Absolutely no credit card information is ever stored by Purpose Up; it is either voluntarily provided during checkout by customer and processed automatically through a secondary service provider, such as Stripe; or acquired through a direct conversation between the customer and an authorized Purpose Up Representative. This information is utilized once, then manually reacquired — if necessary for an ongoing, month-to-month contract or program — via a telephone conversation between the customer and an authorized Purpose Up Representative.

AGGREGATED STATISTICS
Purpose Up may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Purpose Up may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Purpose Up does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
