Jeremy is a movement master. One look at his Instagram feed and you’ll see a sick variety of Animal Flows, mindful movement and a variety of other moves. Jeremy is not afraid to take a stand for our health, often going into break rooms at corporate offices and college food halls with his Instagram stories to showcase the unhealthy options that are the norm theses days.

Jeremy Abramson is a Health Coach and Wellness Entrepreneur. After having worked 1-1 with elite athletes and CEOs for several years, Jeremy now takes a stand to impact a wider audience, Corporate America with his Stand up to Sitting platform. This initiative seeks to abolish our sedentary sitting epidemic, which contributes to our most prevalent preventable diseases.
Jeremy also works on wellness communities online. His most recent group coaching program, CLIMB, changes people’s lives by empowering them to take ownership of their day, starting with their morning routine.
